Tag: Summer Besties

Yup, I have been tagged. Being home on a rainy Saturday night is no fun....
Summer Besties TAG:
Favorite summer....
1) Lip product
2) Blush
3) Nail Polish
4) Liquid face product
5) Powder face product
6) Hair product
7) Eye product
8) Self Tanner (or any tanning item)
9) Fashion accessory
10) Clothing piece

I tag all of you :)

1. By far my favorite lip product is chap stick specifically Burts Bees but that is everybody's favorite. Sooo something original is the E.L.F Conditioning lip balm in "peaceful pink". Hello! It's 3 dollars! They sell it online or you can buy it in stores at Target. Anyways, this product is perfect for summer. It's creamier than chap stick but not sticky like gloss. Just this and mascara...boom perfection! :) P.S. It has SPF 15 also.

2. During the summer I don't like to wear shimmery makeup, you know with my makeup already melting off my face...it just doesn't look good. Physicians formula's blushing rose is glorious! No shimmer at all, just a matte blush.

3. My favorite nail polish for the summer...(right now that is) is ORLY's purple crush. It's a pinky-fucshia-purpley color.

4. I try and go for a light coverage with foundation but all of the tinted moisturizers I have tried were way too greasy. I take any normal liquid foundation and mix it with Neutrogena's ultra sheer dry-touch sunblock SPF 70. The most perfect coverage of all time.

5. I only use power when I am going somewhere....so I will say bronzer. Physicians formula's bronze booster in light to medium. No shimmer, just a natural glow.

6. As far as hair products go, I am obsessed with Macadamia leave in conditioner. Worth every single penny!

7. Maybelline the colossal volume express in waterproof...Nuff said :)

8. This product doesn't help you get a tan, it helps you keep your tan longer. The ocean potion moisturizing aloe lotion. Smells like coconuts, made with tea tree oil. And it seriously helps prolong the life of your tan.

9. A flirty toe right, and cute flip flops for sure!

10. Flowy dresses, tube tops and sun hats .

Cccccheck it out!

Valentine's Day

Every year for VD we always cook the same food. Which is: Chicken cord on bleu, cheesey cauliflower, garlic mash potatoes and gravy; and we switch deserts out. Jeremy makes a kick A chicken cord on bleu; seriously, it's amazing!
One year we strayed away from this tradition and make home made chicken alfredo, rosemary roasted potatoes, garlic twists. Basically all new recipes. Burnt every single item, so we ended up ordering pizza (thank you dominos!)
We also watch a romantic movie. Every year it's been The Notebook. Jeremy and I are both in love with that movie (HA!) . Really though, Jeremy is so great to put up with it :) This year we watch Saw: The final chapter. Sure, it ties up some ends; but really it was such a flop! I give it a C-.

I didn't get any pictures, due to not being able to find my camera. Our birthdays are coming up, and Jeremy already got his 55' inch big screen tv. Aren't I such a GOOD wife??? He says it's, "both of ours" riiiiiiiiiight. I'd like a new camera, a really nice one.

5$ to whoever comes and cleans up the mess????

Guess we're back!

Jeremy nor I, have posted in a really long time. I decided to delete all of out posts, because we were at the stage in life, that not really anything new was happening.
What has happened in the last couple of months...
My dear sweet Grandma Merryweather passed away. September 30, 2010. Two weeks before my wedding. We got married in California and I was broken hearted that she couldn't be there, and I had this great idea of making her a scrapbook. Her and my grandma displayed EVERYONE'S photos. Hearing the news was devastating, it was definitely not her time to go. I had just seen her at my shower. I love her so much, and miss her dearly.

Before we got married, Jeremy moved into the town house that we are renting. It's a three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, and we have a little yard. Our land lord doesn't allow animals, so Lilly is at my parents house. :(
I don't have any pictures, but after it's all decorated they will be posted!

We got married!!! After a little of two years of being engaged, WE FINALLY DID IT! We got married in Malibu, California. On the beach of point dume. The night before my mom, my Aunt Tammy, and I stayed in a hotel right on the beach. Let me tell you it was outstanding! We opened the sliding door during the night and listened to the waves crash all night...wow! We did bridals at Matadoor beach, and pier that was close to us. During the Matadoor beach shoot....we had a naked girl 30 feet from us that was in a photoshoot. She wasn't that pretty....only her hair was pretty. Hahaha :) The next morning was the wedding! Wedding was at ten, so we got up and six to start getting ready. Mom brought me breakfast while Tammy did my hair. It was a very relaxing morning. We all headed to the beach. But first we had to stop and get my flowers.

Don't you just LOVE nice people??

Anyways we get to the beach, everyone arrived. I'm not going to get into details because we recorded it! :) I have seen it, not the edited version...but it's perfect!
Here are some pictures of our perfect wedding...I get all of my pictures soon!

I still work at Rock Canyon Dental. But i've added two more jobs....Petsmart and Edmunds Periodontics. I work about 65 hours a week and 7 days between all 3. Trust me it's difficult but worth it, we don't even have to worry about money...and we can actually save! I am just finishing up fall semester, 17 credits kick my bootay! These last four months...I have been a zombie, and have no social life and never see my hubby! But it won't last forever..right??

Jeremy is at Lone Peak HS, he is a custodian. We works Monday-Friday 40 hours. Which is super nice, but when school is out, he doesn't get paid. And he works 2:00-11:00. So really, I have only cooked him one dinner. We just never can eat together. He is doing 14 credits at UVU. He is still looking for a law enforcement job. We tests with Ogden later this month. It is just hard when 300+ are testing for the ONE job.
Spring semester we will be both more busy, but I may quit Petsmart then I will have weekends with him again.
We set up our first Christmas tree! :) And we have presents under it too! I will put pictures up next post.
And!!! I will become an Aunt (officially, we're married now) for the third time!! :) WOO! I just adore my niece and nephew Taylie and Luke.
That's all for now :)
